The Swells were formed in 2006. There have been a few member changes(that we still keep in touch with) The new band includes Mike Turk (an original member) on guitar and vocals, Jon O'Connor on guitar and vocals, Vic Nadrovski on bass (Ken played with him years ago in the Linda Lee Show), Steve Jones (who met Shirley in the Huntsville musical Music Man) on keyboards and vocals, Ken Stolzenberg on drums and vocals, and Shirley Hudson vocals and hand percussion (and who is usually out in the audience getting them involved with our music!) The Swells played regularly at the Purple Pig, The Albion, and have entertained at many other venues including Gravenhurst Ribfest, Bala Cranberry Festival, Baysville Walk About, Huntsville Hoot, Peters Players, weddings, birthday parties, special occasions, private functions, Legions and many more.
